SolidWorks, a program designed by Dassault Systemes SolidWorks Corp which runs on Microsoft Windows is a 3D mechanical computer-aided design. Jon Hirschtick found SolidWorks Corporation in December 1993 along with the help of a team of engineers to build 3D CAD software which was affordable, available and very much easy to use. Its first product SoftWorks 95 was released in the year 1995.
